About Carolyn
I’m Carolyn Fournier, a Beaufort County resident, former small business owner, and mom. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management and have spent years managing day-to-day operations, solving problems, and supporting both families and local businesses. As a former foster parent, I’ve seen firsthand how important strong, stable communities are.
I’m running for County Council because I believe in practical solutions, transparency, and leadership that listens. Beaufort County is growing quickly, and we need to make smart decisions that protect our quality of life while planning responsibly for the future.

As a parent in Beaufort County, I care deeply about the kind of community we’re building. I believe decisions should reflect the needs of the people who live here, not just long-term plans on paper.
